Miley Cyrus Files To Dismiss Lawsuit That Claims ‘Flowers’ Plagiarizes Bruno Mars Song
Miley Cyrus is facing a legal battle over her Grammy-winning song “Flowers.” She filed to dismiss charges of plagiarism brought on by Tempo Music Investments, partial owners of the Bruno Mars hit “When I Was Your Man.” While Mars is one of the song’s writers, he is neither named as a plaintiff nor involved with the suit.
