Danny Masterson’s Wife Bijou Phillips Files For Divorce After His 30-Year Rape Sentence

Bijou Phillips is ending her marriage to Danny Masterson, weeks after he was sentenced to prison following his rape conviction. The model filed for divorce on Sept. 18 in Santa Barbara, Calif. according to court documents obtained by NBC News. She sites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and did not list an official date of separation. The pair share 9-year-old daughter Fianna Francis. NBC News has reached out to reps for Phillips and Masterson. An attorney for the “That ’70s Show” actor declined to comment. Earlier this month, Masterson was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison after being convicted on two of three counts of rape in May, according to NBC News. As Access Hollywood previously reported, the jurors were deadlocked on a third count and spent seven days deliberating over two weeks. Masterson has consistently denied the allegations against him since his 2020 arrest.
