‘Chicago Fire’ Alum Brian J. White Takes Part In Citizen’s Arrest Of Potential Arsonist Amid LA Fires
Former “Chicago Fire” star Brian J. White jumped into action in a dramatic citizen’s arrest, helping his neighbors stop and hold a man with a blowtorch who they suspected was allegedly trying to start a fire in White’s garbage can – all this happening while the Kenneth Fire in West Hills, Calif., moved closer to White’s home. White spoke about the experience with Deadline and said he used the hostage negotiation training he received while working on various TV shows until police arrived. LAPD did not have enough evidence to arrest the person for arson, but he was arrested for felony probation violation.
