Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson Mourns Older Sister Anna’s Death: ‘My Heart Is Completely Broken’

Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson is remembering her older sister, Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell. The 18-year-old reality star took to her Instagram on Dec. 10 to share a family photo and address her sister’s tragic death. “This is one post I wish I didn’t have to make. Last night we all surrounded Anna with love & let her know it was okay to go. Unfortunately, around 11pm Anna took her last breath. Anna was in so much pain last night but now as a family we all know she is at peace now. I really don’t know what to say as my heart is completely broken,” she wrote. Anna, who is survived by her two daughters, 10-year-old Kaitlyn and 7-year-old Kylie, was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma back in January. Earlier on Sunday, Mama June Shannon announced the heartbreaking news that her eldest daughter had died at 29 years old.
