The TV icon shared the happy news on June 24 – her 45th birthday – with an Instagram introduction to her newest addition. “In late February I gave birth to my daughter, Anne. She’s the best birthday present I could’ve ever imagined. When things are hard, whenever I veer towards cynicism, my three kids are such a great reminder of the pure joy in my life,” she wrote, captioning a photo of baby Anne surrounded with Mindy’s older kids Kit and Spencer. The Emmy winner has kept all of her pregnancies as well as the identity of her children’s father private, and she shared gratitude for the ability to expand her family on her terms. “I’m so lucky I live in a place where I could do this by myself, on my own timeline.
