Meghan Markle was spotted lending a helping hand. While making an appearance at the UN General Assembly in New York City on Monday, the Duchess of Sussex came to a woman’s rescue when she noticed that the stranger was coughing and struggling to clear her throat. Meghan was caught on video offering the woman in the row behind her some water, who gratefully took a large sip and handed it back to her.
