Katy Perry wasn’t feeling the love from the “American Idol” audience. During ABC’s singing competition on Monday night, the 38-year-old judge was booed after she told performer Nutsa to tone down on the glitter. After Katy brushed off the crowd’s reaction – and the teasing from her fellow judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie – she explained what she meant and ended up turning things around. “What I’m saying is that I’d like you to flip the script. I think we want to be, like, pulled in by our hearts too. I’d love to see that, and I think America might too,” she concluded, before Nutsa thanked her.
