Elon Musk has put his bid on Twitter! The Tesla CEO revealed on Thursday that he put down a $41.4 billion offer to buy the social media platform. That puts each share at $54.20. He made the bid on Wednesday and shared his Security and Exchange Commission filing on Twitter. “I made an offer,” he wrote. The 50-year-old said the cash offer was his “best and final offer” according to the filing adding that if it is not accepted, he would reconsider his position as a shareholder.
