Donald Trump Picks Don Jr.’s Fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle As Diplomat After Son Seen With Other Woman

President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Donald Trump Jr.’s fiancé Kimberly Guilfoyle as U.S. Ambassador to Greece after his son was seen out with another woman. On Tuesday, Dec. 10, Trump announced his selection on Truth Social, writing in part, “Today, I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Kimberly Guilfoyle as the United States Ambassador to Greece. For many years, Kimberly has been a close friend and ally. Her extensive experience and leadership in law, media, and politics along with her sharp intellect make her supremely qualified to represent the United States, and safeguard its interests abroad.” The 55-year-old responded by saying she felt “honored” to accept the nomination, while her fiancé also praised his father’s selection writing that he is “so proud of Kimberly.” The announcement comes a day after the Daily Mail obtained photographs of Don Jr. holding hands with Florida socialite Bettina Anderson, despite his nearly four-year engagement.
