Josh Hartnett & Girlfriend Tamsin Egerton Expecting First Child 

Josh Hartnett has landed an important new role: fatherhood!

The “Penny Dreadful” actor and his girlfriend, British actress and model Tamsin Egerton, are expecting their first child, Page Six first reported on Thursday.

“It’s true and they are beyond thrilled,” Josh’s rep told the outlet.

Josh and Tamsin’s romance is a case of art imitating life, as the two first met in 2011 while filming “The Lovers.” While the “Black Hawk Down” and “Pearl Harbor” star has previously been linked to other leading ladies, including Scarlett Johansson, Amanda Seyfried and Kirsten Dunst, Josh told Playboy in April he doesn’t regret any of his workplace relationships.

“I think it’s a very respectable way of going about it. I’ve met some very important people in my life doing films,” he said. “Sometimes that had consequences that were just awful for everybody involved. Some were fantastic all the way through. Everybody makes mistakes dating people they work with. … If I were able to go back in time, I don’t know if I could have done anything any different.”
