Woman Calls Meeting Meghan Markle and Ellen A ‘Dream Come True’

Brittany Starks runs the nonprofit “Twist of Greatness,” which involves braiding children’s hair for free. Meghan Markle found out about Brittany’s cause and teamed up with Ellen DeGeneres to surprise her with two checks totaling more than $40,000. Brittany told Access Hollywood about meeting the Duchess, “We did a little huddle after the show and I thought she would be more serious but she’s really funny and I would have never thought that.”
