Whitey Bulger’s Longtime Lover Catherine Greig Gives New Insight Into The Crime Boss
Notorious Boston crime boss Whitey Bulger was on the run for 16 years before being captured in his Santa Monica apartment in 2011. After a decade of silence, Bulger’s longtime partner is opening up about him in the new documentary “My Name Is Bulger.” Access Hollywood spoke with the director Brendan Byrne about his documentary covering the life of the infamous criminal. Byrne said, “When they went on the run for 16 long years, she had him to herself and there was no extracurricular activity. There was nobody to kill. So, you know, she knows the good years. What she knew of his darker exploits, only she knows.” “My Name Is Bulger” is streaming on Discovery+ now.
