‘Welcome To Plathville’s’ Olivia Plath And Ethan Plath Announce Split After 5 Years Of Marriage

It’s over for Olivia Plath and Ethan Plath. The “Welcome to Plathville” stars announced they are parting ways after five years of marriage in separate Instagram posts on Friday. “It just didn’t work between us, though Lord knows we both gave it all we had. It seemed we were constantly pulling each other in opposite directions in life with different goals,” Ethan wrote in his post. Olivia shared similar sentiments on her Instagram account as she looked back at their relationship. “I have ambivalent memories of us being 18 years old, innocently dreaming of forever – but the partner you choose is a reflection of the world you want to live in, and at 18 I didn’t know who I was or what kind of life I wanted to create for myself,” she wrote. Olivia and Ethan have had a rocky marriage over the years. The two got married in 2018 and announced they were separated in 2021. They since worked through their issues and appeared stronger than ever at the start of the latest season of their TLC hit show. However, as the season continued fans saw them disagree on things like religion and politics.
