Her beau’s sweet and funny birthday wish comes just a few days after she opened up to Elle UK in a new interview about how she balances her private life with being in the public eye. “Parts of my life, I accept, are going to be public. I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love. But also, I do have control over what I choose to share.
