‘The Voice’: Snoop Dogg Reveals How Coaching Youth Football Prepared Him For The Show
Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé are ready to shake things up on “The Voice”! The musicians are joining “The Voice” as coaches for Season 26 alongside returnees Gwen Stefani and Reba McEntire. The foursome spoke to Access Hollywood about how they’ve all connected as coaches and joked about how they’ll try to get country artists to join their teams instead of Reba’s. Snoop also explained how his years of coaching youth football helped prepare him for his new role. “I have to coach each kid individually based off of their skillset, their temperament, their demeanor and the way they receive information, and that’s the same thing I’m doing with these singers. As a coach, it’s your job to see that and to bring the best out of that and bring the best out of them,” he said. “That’s why I’m Coach Snoop the Great, baby!” “The Voice” Season 26 premieres Sept. 23 at 8/7c on NBC.
