Robert Downey Jr. On Working With His Son Exton On ‘Downey’s Dream Cars’

Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan Downey’s new show “Downey’s Dream Cars” was a family affair! The pair’s son, Exton, was featured in the series, which shows how Robert converts six of his classic cars into more eco-friendly vehicles. “I was giving him the education of a lifetime,” Robert told Access Hollywood at the show’s premiere. “I was going, ‘Here is how you’re going to win this scene.’ I’m going to give you this line, then we’re going to face you, then you’re going to turn to camera, and we had cue cards and literally about 40 minutes into it, he knew what he was doing.” The “Iron Man” star went on to say, maybe his son’s natural talent comes from being on set so much. “It might just be in the blood, or it might just be he’s seen his mom working on projects for so long. He’s seen me on set since he was a kid.” “Downey’s Dream Cars’ starts streaming June 22 on Max.
