Princess Charlene of Monaco made a rare appearance abroad to attend King Charles III coronation. The 45-year-old royal was joined by her husband Prince Albert II of Monaco while attending the historic event on Saturday morning at Westminster Abbey in London. The stylish princess wore a cream skirt suit with floral button details and a dramatic sweeping cape trailing from one shoulder. She paired the look with matching, neutral pumps and a dainty fascinator. The look was a fashionable follow-up to the previous evening, when she donned a delightful periwinkle ensemble also with a cape detail for a pre-coronation reception at Buckingham Palace. Princess Charlene’s attendance at the royal event comes nearly one year after she returned home after spending most of 2021 at a treatment facility for “exhaustion, both emotional and physical.” In April 2022, she finally returned home to her husband and 8-year-old twins, Gabriella and Jacques.
