Prince Andrew Smiles & Waves In First Outing Since Stepping Down From Royal Duties

Prince Andrew appears to be in good spirits. The royal smiled and waved to photographers while leaving his Windsor home on Nov. 21, one day after announcing plans to step down from public duties “for the foreseeable future” amid backlash over his controversial ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson was seen arriving at Buckingham Palace the same day, and previously shared support for the Duke of York ahead of his bombshell BBC interview.
