The iconic actresses reunited on-camera for Vanity Fair in which they spoke about everything from their friendship and hanging out in real life to how they mastered their craft. At one point, the women were discussing working with “Big Little Lies” costar Laura Dern which led to a conversation about why Reese calls Laura by her last name. “My other favorite thing is that I called Dern when we were shooting “Big Little Lies,” Reese began before being cut off by Nicole who exclaimed, “I hate how you call her Dern though!” The “Legally Blonde” star then explained why she calls Laura that sharing, “Cause my name’s Laura. And her name is Laura, so it’s confusing to me – my real name is Laura Jeanne.” Plus, the A-List actresses also revealed that the “Big Little Lies” season 3 is in the works, with Nicole teasing that it’s moving “fast and furious.”
