Mischa Barton is taking on a “salacious” role in “Neighbours: A New Chapter.” The star is set to play Reece Sinclair in the Amazon Freevee series, and she spoke with Access Hollywood about what fans can expect to see. She also spoke about “The O.C.” turning 20 in August and if she would ever play Marissa Cooper again one day. “Neighbours: A New Chapter” launches Monday, Sept. 18 on Amazon Freevee, with new episodes being released daily, Monday-Thursday.
