Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Dance and Celebrate Canucks Win at Hockey Game Date Night
Like grandmother, like grandson! Prince Harry has honored Queen Elizabeth in a very special way! On Nov. 20, the Duke of Sussex did a ceremonial puck drop at the Vancouver Canucks hockey game against the San Jose Sharks. A little over 21 years ago on Oct. 6, 2002, the late monarch, also did the puck drop at the Vancouver Canucks hockey game versus the San Jose Sharks. The Queen’s visit at the time was in honor of her Golden Jubilee, but just last year in 2022 after celebrating her Platinum Jubilee, she passed away. Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle’s visit to Canada comes as Vancouver and Whistler are set to host the 2025 Invictus Games. The charity sporting event is not only very important to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex but Canada also hold a special place in their heart. Back in 2017 in Toronto at the Invictus Games was the moment they made their debut as a couple. Harry and Meghan tied the knot one year later in 2018 and have since welcomed two children, Archie and Lilibet.
