Matthew Perry Ketamine Death Bombshells: 2 Doctors, Live-In Assistant, and 2 Others Charged

Five people – including two doctors, a live-in assistant, and a drug dealer known as the “Ketamine Queen” – have been charged in connection with Matthew Perry’s accidental overdose death in October of 2023, federal prosecutors announced on Thursday in an explosive press conference. An indictment filed Wednesday against Jasveen Sangha, aka as “the Ketamine Queen” and Salvador Plasencia, a medical licensed doctor aka “Dr. P,” alleges that the defendant Plasencia as well as co-conspirator Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry’s live in-assistant, co-conspirator Erik Fleming, and co-conspirator Mark Chavez, another medical licensed doctor, were aware that Matthew Perry had a history of drug abuse and addiction and that he had sought help in the past to maintain sobriety. The indictment also claims that on October 28, 2023, using the syringes provided by Dr. Plasencia, Perry’s live-in assistant injected the actor with multiple doses of ketamine he allegedly received from Fleming and Sangha, which ultimately resulted in Perry’s death. Three of the five accused have pleaded guilty as of Aug. 15.
