Madonna Weighs In On Britney Spears’ Conservatorship Battle: ‘We Coming to Get You Out of Jail’

Madonna is taking a stand for Britney Spears! The Material Girl posted a photo of herself wearing a Britney Spears shirt and defended the “Piece of Me” singer. “Give this woman her life back. Slavery was abolished so long ago! Death to the greedy patriarchy that has been doing this to women for centuries,” she said. “This is a violation of human rights!” Britney is currently fighting to end her conservatorship, which she has been in since 2008, and Madonna doesn’t seem to think it’s fair for her friend. “Britney we coming to get you out of jail,” she said. Britney and Madonna worked together on the track “Me Against the Music” for Britney’s 2003 album “In The Zone.” That same year, the singers famously shared a kiss on the VMA stage alongside fellow pop princess, Christina Aguilera.
