Chase Stokes is Kelsea Ballerini’s best accessory! The “Outer Banks” actor escorted the country starlet to the TIME100 Next event in New York City on Oct. 24 and they sizzled on the red carpet and inside the party while packing on the PDA! The couple even color coordinated with all-black ensembles. Kelsea rocked a dress with a thigh high slit and two diagonal cutouts with metallic rope ties holding them together, while Chase opted for a simple black shirt tucked into black pants with a sharp brown oversized coat.
