Justin Timberlake’s Mug Shot Revealed: New Police Report Details From His DWI Arrest
More details surrounding Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest have been revealed. The Sag Harbor Police Department released his mug shot on June 18, hours after the 43-year-old was arrested late Monday night after allegedly failing a field sobriety test and refusing a breathalyzer, according to police records obtained by Access Hollywood. “I had one martini, and I followed my friend’s home,” Justin allegedly told authorities according to his arrest report. The report claimed that a police officer saw the “Mirrors” singer in a 2025 BMW drive through a stop sign and “fail to keep on the right side of the roadway.” The officer then initiated a traffic stop, according to the report, and noted that Justin’s eyes appeared “bloodshot and glassy.” The officer also claimed that “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.” Justin was arraigned the following morning and charged with one count of DWI and received additional citations for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign and allegedly failing to stay in his lane. Access has reached out to the singer’s lawyer for comment. He is next due in court on July 26.
