The actor and his daughter Ella Travolta spoke to Access Hollywood at the 30th anniversary screening of the film, which was held as part of the 15th annual TCM Classic Film Festival. John reflected on how the movie impacted his career and shared memories from filming, including how he incorporated some moves into his and Uma Thurman’s iconic dance scene. Ella also told Access how she was “in awe” of the movie when she first saw it, adding, “I’m his biggest fan, so it’s one of my favorite movies for sure … It’s definitely an inspiring movie for an actor.”
