Eva Longoria Would ‘Be First To Sign Up’ For A ‘Desperate Housewives’ Reboot: ‘I Miss Gabby So Much’
Eva Longoria is up for a trip down memory lane! The “Flamin’ Hot” director told Access Hollywood’s Mario Lopez that she’d love to take part in a “Desperate Housewives” reboot and has a prediction for what her character would be doing these days. “I will be the first to sign up for a reboot. I miss Gabby so much. I miss being Gabby Ruiz,” she said, adding that she believes Gabby would “be an influencer for sure” in 2023. “She’d be like a social media mogul,” Eva smiled. Though Eva isn’t sure there’s a future for more “Desperate Housewives,” she’s enjoying a new chapter in her career going forward. The actress, producer and activist told Mario about making her feature directorial debut with “Flamin’ Hot” and why the film is like “a Mexican ‘Rocky'” that will appeal to audiences of all ages and backgrounds. “Flamin’ Hot” streams on Disney+ and Hulu starting June 9.
