In court documents obtained by Access Hollywood on Thursday, Janet cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. She also requested legal and physical custody of their son and spousal support. Authorities in Daytona Beach, Florida, confirmed in a Facebook post last Thursday that the 36-year-old former Nickelodeon star was considered “missing and endangered.” Access Hollywood reached out to bell’s rep for further information at the time. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Robert Bell, the “Drake & Josh” star’s brother, reported him missing to the Orlando Police Department after Drake allegedly claimed he might harm himself over child custody concerns. After he was found, he reportedly posted about the incident in a since-deleted tweet writing, “You leave your phone in the car and don’t answer for the night and this,” the outlet claims.
