Country Singer Jake Flint Unexpectedly Dies Hours After Getting Married

Oklahoma country singer Jake Flint unexpectedly died just hours after marrying his wife, Brenda Flint, over the weekend. He was 37. Jake’s publicist, Clif Doyal, confirmed the sad news to The Oklahoman on Monday. Clif revealed to the outlet that Jake died in his sleep after he and Brenda tied the knot on Saturday. His cause of death has not been announced. Jake was well-known in the Oklahoma Red Dirt sub-genre of country music. He released his first album in 2016 and a self-titled album in 2020.
