Channing Tatum Talks Zoë Kravitz Double Dates With Scarlett Johansson & Colin Jost

Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson make the ultimate romantic pairing in “Fly Me to the Moon.” The duo share the screen for the first time in the upcoming film that follows marketing executive Kelly Jones, played by Scarlett, and NASA official Cole Davis, who Channing plays, as they fall for each other while preparing for the Apollo 11 moon landing. While chatting with Access Hollywood’s guest correspondent Emily Orozco at the movies New York premiere on July 8, Channing revealed what makes this love story so unique. “You have two opposites that kind of help each other come in their direction and help each other stretch and grow but set in one of the biggest events in our modern history. And it’s really just sweet that way. I don’t think we make movies very much like this,” he said. Working with Scarlett was a special treat for Channing. The two became close friends on set and the 44-year-old gushed over the Oscar nominee’s acting chops and revealed if he does any double dates with his fiancée Zoë Kravtiz, Scarlett and her husband Colin Jost. “Fly Me to the Moon” hits theaters July 12.
