Bruce Willis’ Daughter Tallulah Opens Up About ‘Painful Days’ In His Dementia Journey

Bruce Willis’ family is embracing the positive amid his health challenges. The Hollywood icon has been battling frontotemporal dementia and his daughter, Tallulah Willis, 30, shared how she and his fellow loved ones are handling the most difficult aspects of his journey. Tallulah joined “Today” hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb on Sept. 18 and reflected on an especially personal passage from her 2023 Vogue essay about Bruce’s condition. “I have hopes for my father that I’m so reluctant to let go of,” she wrote at the time. “I’ve always recognized elements of his personality in me, and I just know that we’d be such good friends if only there were more time.” When asked how Bruce is currently doing, Tallulah explained that she still maintains faith in their deeper connection. “He’s stable which, in this situation, is good,” she said. “It’s hard. There’s painful days but there’s so much love. And it’s really shown me to not take any moment for granted and I really do think that we’d be best friends. I think he’s very proud of me.”
