The update comes as Britney’s temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery filed court documents on July 28 that claim the pop star’s medical team supports her father’s removal. “Ms. Montgomery respectfully notes that Ms. Spears’s medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the conservatee for Mr. Spears to be and remain conservator of the estate,” court documents obtained by Access Hollywood read.
