BMX Star Pat Casey Dead At 29 After Motorcycle Crash At San Diego Motocross Park
Professional BMX biker Pat Casey has died after an accident at a motocross track in San Diego on Tuesday. He was 29 years old. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department revealed details about the accident in a press release. “On Tuesday, June 6 around 2:45 p.m., deputies from the Ramona Sheriff’s Station and Cal Fire Paramedics responded to the Slayground Motocross Park in Ramona for a report of a person who had been involved in a motorcycle accident. Deputies found a 29-year-old man had crashed his motorcycle while performing a jump on the park ramps. Deputies and paramedics attempted life-saving measures. However, the man was pronounced deceased at the scene,” the statement read. Pat leaves behind his wife Chase Casey and their two children, 8-year-old son Reid and 7-year-old daughter Taytum. The family of four were just in Paris last month after Pat competed at the FISE World Event in Montpellier.
