Angelina Jolie Visits Pakistan To Support Communities Impacted By Devastating Floods

Angelina Jolie is making a surprise humanitarian visit to Pakistan, where communities have been hit hard by devastating floods. The International Rescue Committee announced on Monday that the “Eternals” star was traveling to the South Asian nation to visit the IRC’s emergency response operations and other local organizations that are assisting people who have been displaced amid the floods. The IRC said in part, “Ms. Jolie is visiting to witness and gain understanding of the situation, and to hear from people affected directly about their needs, and about steps to prevent such suffering in the future.”
