Fans have been buzzing about Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy’s chemistry on “Dancing with the Stars” since day one of Season 19.
Now that Alfonso Ribeiro won the mirrorball and the show is over, will Janel and Val’s relationship continue?
“If he doesn’t call me after he moves back to New York, I’m gonna hunt him down,” the actress told Access Hollywood’s Liz Hernandez after the “DWTS” finale on Tuesday night. “No, we made an amazing connection on the show, and obviously a really strong bond that I hope definitely continues.”
Val agreed, and said he hopes Janel will always be a part of his life.
“Yeah, I mean, she’s great… hopefully she’s a friend for life,” he said. “She’s somebody who I consider family. We’ll see what happens tomorrow.”
As for the losing the mirrorball to Alfonso and pro partner Witney Carson, Janel said she’s content with the results.
“Of course it’s a little disappointing, but honestly I’m happy to have made it this far, and to be standing next to him here,” she said, referencing Val. “It’s been a wonderful experience and I have no regrets.”
Adding, “I’m so happy.”
