Victoria Beckham’s Celebrity Pals Throw Pink-Themed Baby Bash For The ‘Posh’ Star

After welcoming three bouncing baby boys over the years, Victoria Beckham is finally getting her wish for a daughter, and she began the celebrations this weekend with a star-studded baby shower in anticipation of the birth of her little girl.

Celebrity hair guru Ken Paves and gal pal Eva Longoria threw the 37-year-old singer/designer a pink-themed baby shower at the Butterfly Bar at West Hollywood’s Petit L’Ermitage hotel on Saturday, and the four-time mommy-to-be was thrilled with her friends’ efforts.

“Such a lovely day!!!thank u so much @EvaLongoria and @KenPaves for being such wonderful friends,” Victoria Tweeted on Saturday. “Baby showers are so much fun!!!!!!!x vb.”

Approximately 30 guests were in attendance at the “posh” shower, including Nicole Richie, Demi Moore, recent new mom Rachel Zoe and fellow pregnant pal Selma Blair, according to Us Weekly.

In keeping with the token color for baby girls, tables featured pink centerpieces highlighted by red roses, pink hydrangeas and pink gerber daisies, according to the mag.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the beautiful Brit’s husband, David Beckham, confirmed the sex of their impending fourth child in March.

“Obviously, we’re very lucky to be expecting again, and this is the first time I’m going to say it — it’s a little girl,” David said at the LA Galaxy’s annual fan luncheon in ESPN Zone at L.A. Live., ESPN reported at the time.

The soccer star said the news had left the pair amazed.

“We’re still in shock. Obviously, having three boys, you kind of expect another one, so finding out a little girl is in there is surprising, but, obviously, we are over the moon,” he said. “Our three boys are happy and excited, and Victoria is doing well.”
