Travis Scott is facing new legal troubles.
The rapper was arrested in Florida early Thursday on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing, Access Hollywood has learned.
According to police records, Scott, 33, was booked at the Miami-Dade Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:30 a.m. and later posted a total bond of $650.
An arrest affidavit obtained by NBC News claims that Scott “caused a public disturbance” after allegedly shouting at the occupants of a yacht docked in the Miami Beach marina.
Officers reportedly arrived on the scene and warned Scott to leave the premises, but he allegedly returned a few minutes later and “began yelling once again.”
Per the affidavit, authorities detected the smell of alcohol on Scott’s breath and the hip-hop star allegedly admitted to drinking, saying, “It’s Miami,” police claimed.
Neither the rapper nor his representative has commented directly on the incident as of Thursday morning, but Scott did post a simple “Lol” on social media in the hours following his arrest.

The latest news comes weeks after the “Sicko Mode” artist made headlines for an alleged altercation with Cher’s boyfriend, music executive Alexander “AE” Edwards, at the Cannes Film Festival.
Scott, who shares two children with ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner, is currently preparing to launch the Europe leg of his Circus Maximus tour later this month.
