“Spartacus: War of the Damned” wraps up on Starz this Friday at 9 PM, but one character who definitely won’t meet his end in the series finale is Todd Lasance’s Julius Caesar.
“I have what’s called ‘historical immunity,’ where it’s like, I can’t die,” Todd told AccessHollywood.com.

But, that hasn’t stopped some fans from asking.
“I always give people a bit of a weird look when they go, ‘So, do you die?’” Todd told Access.
“I get asked all the time. ‘So, do you die?’ I’m like, ‘Mate you mustn’t have turned up to anything at school. No I don’t die. Caesar died in his 50s,’” Todd continued.
Todd joined the series for its final season and the Australian actor said the end of filming was an emotional time, made even more so thanks to words shared by Liam McIntyre (who plays Spartacus).
“Liam gave an incredible speech at the end of his last day,” Todd told Access. “We actually finished our last days staggered, in a sense. We just went like two days over shooting, so I was the last day, last scene.
“It was emotional, it was rewarding, it was a relief, it was sad,” he continued. “It’s sad because you leave such a tight group. Everyone always says this and it sounds lame and soppy, but you do become a family.”
