If you’ve been on TikTok recently then you may have seen several videos of people trying out Sacheu Beauty’s Lip Liner Stay-N. The product was inspired by Sacheu Beauty founder Sarah Cheung’s viral video, in which she revealed that she’s used an eyebrow tint as lip liner due to it’s staying power.
Inspired by this, the brand created the now-viral Lip Liner Stay-N, a peel-off lip liner stain that offers the staying power of a brow product but is actually meant for your lips.
What makes this lip stain unique is that it’s specifically designed to be used as a lip liner, whereas most stains only add a wash of color. And because it’s a stain and not say, a gloss, the product boasts a barely-there feel.
“While no lippie you apply yourself is going to last forever, the Lip Liner Stay-N can easily go up against any product marketed as only a lip pencil,” staff commerce writer Alexa Vazquez explains. “And I love that this one fades away gradually without looking unnatural.”

Vazquez shared a few tips and tricks to help you make the most of Sacheu’s Lip Liner Stay-N.
“To start, exfoliating your lips is always a good idea,” she explains. “It can help remove any dead skin and ensure a smooth application.”
While the brand suggests leaving the stain on for up to 20 minutes, our beauty expert says you might actually leave it on a little longer. “I’ve found that the longer you leave it on, the longer it will stain,” she says. ” And don’t be afraid to apply a lot of product, since an even and generous layer will ensure the best results.”
After 20 minutes, the stain will have completely dried, which means it’s time peel it off. Then, you can top it with your favorite lip gloss, lip oil, tinted lip balm, or lipstick.
