The Body Reset Diet: Harley Pasternak’s Healthy Smoothie Recipes (Access Hollywood Live)

Spring is here! Now, it’s time to start thinking about warmer weather and bathing suit season. Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who works with stars like Halle Berry, Katy Perry and Megan Fox, has the secret to shed the pounds fast — smoothies!

Whether you need to lose five, 10, 20 pounds or more, Harley revealed his weight loss secrets from his new book “The Body Reset Diet” on Access Hollywood Live.

Here are three of his favorite smoothies…

SWEET SPINACH SMOOTHIE:

(1 serving)

Ingredients:

2 cups spinach leaves, packed

1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped

15 green or red grapes

6 oz. fat-free plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp. chopped avocado

1 – 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until desired consistency.

VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE:

(1 serving)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

3/4 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries

1/2 – 3/4cup fat-free milk, almond milk, or soy milk

1 orange, peeled

2 tbsp. vanilla or unflavored protein powder

In blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until desired consistency.

PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE:

Ingredients:

1 orange, peeled

1/3 cup coconut milk

1 scoop whey protein powder

1 banana

1 cup pineapple chunks

In blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until desired consistency.
