Snoop Dogg
is throwing it back for a very special occasion.
The rapper
and his wife, Shante Broadus, marked their 19-year wedding anniversary on
Tuesday, and Snoop commemorated how far they’ve come with an adorable snap of
their early days together.
“19. Years today @bosslady_ent Happy anniversary been a1 from
day 1,” Snoop wrote on Instagram, captioning a sweet photo of the pair
dressed up and posing for what appears to be a high school dance.

“Thanks
for my kids,” he added, including a series of romantic emojis to his
post.
The
festivities didn’t end there. In addition to sharing a photo collage of him and
Shante over the years, Snoop also gave fans a peek inside their celebratory
getaway.

“That’s how
I do my anniversary. G-style,” he said, narrating an Instagram video in
which he shows off the picturesque view from an oceanfront balcony.
Snoop and
Shante wed in 1997 and have three children together. Their youngest, daughter
Cori, wished her mom and dad a happy anniversary with another blast from the
past.

The rapper and his longtime love haven’t gone without their ups and downs. Back in 2004, Snoop filed for divorce but the couple ultimately reconciled — and renewed their vows in 2008.
