Ryan Reynolds Jokes He’s Going To ‘Jail’ For Letting His & Blake Lively’s Kids See ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’

Ryan Reynolds is a cool dad!

The actor and Hugh Jackman spoke with Access Hollywood at the premiere of “Deadpool & Wolverine.”

Ryan says the event is family affair, having brought three of his and Blake Liveley’s four daughters, 9-year-old James, 7-year-old Inez and 4-year-old Betty to the premiere to see the film. Blake and Ryan also share a fourth child, who was born in 2023.

“I mean the NSYNC stuff is pretty special. They’re here, talk about an enduring legacy as well. My kids are also here. My three daughters are here to watch the film. They’re nine, seven and four. I’m probably gonna go to jail or something afterwards. My nine-year-old’s seen it already and she loved it,” he said. “But they’re also obsessed with NSYNC as well.”

But as for what makes him a cool dad to his little ones? He says they’re more excited about being name checked in a Taylor Swift song than him being a superhero.

“I’m gonna go with the latter. That’s gonna be a lot better I think,” he said, referencing Taylor. “Taylor Swift for the win, always.”

“Taylor over everything!” Hugh Jackman playfully added, confirming he’s a Swiftie. “Who isn’t? Come on.”

As for who could potentially be a Lady Deadpool? Ryan was keeping it pretty tight-lipped about whether if there is a Lady Deadpool, if it could his wife Blake.

“I hope (it’s happening) god. If it’s gonna be, she better figure it out soon! Cause the movie’s gonna show,” he said playfully.

“Deadpool & Wolverine” hits theaters July 26.
