So I’m hobbling around on crutches,” Baby told the mag. Fear not Spice Fans, Baby Spice said she’ll make “a speedy recovery.”
Liza Tumbles Too: In another case of celebs losing their footing, Liza Minnelli collapsed after finishing a song during a performance Wednesday in Sweden, according to a report by the Associated Press. Liza’s camp confirmed the entertainer, “had complained of dizziness,” before the show and, “became very ill after the show began. As a result, she was unable to finish her performance and was rushed back to her hotel by her manager.” Maybe the show shouldn’t always go on?
Eva & Tony Squash Affair Rumors: Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are speaking out about recent rumors posted on X-17 Online of infidelity in their marriage. Tony told People, “I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.” Eva spoke out too, saying, “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.” It appears there’s nothing Wisteria Lane about their marriage.
“Sex” To The Third Power: Meanwhile, across the country, in a cute Upper Westside Manhattan apartment, Carrie Bradshaw is getting ready to possibly come to the big screen three times! Is “Sex and The City” poised to become the next great movie⦠trilogy? The producers are expecting the first film to be a major hit and hope to turn the HBO television series into a film franchise, according to a report by PageSix.
Wedding While You Work: Oprah is known for expecting only the best from her employees, and Hughes Winborne, an editor on “The Great Debaters,” which Oprah Winfrey is producing, knows this first hand. He was so busy trying to finish the film, that he married his fiancée in the editing room, according to a report by PageSix. Denzel Washington was the editor’s best man. No word on what Oprah got the hard-working editor for a wedding present, but today his film scored a Golden Globe Best Picture Nomination, which is certainly way better than a gravy boat!
