Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas brought in famed wedding photographer Jose Villa to capture their multiple ceremonies in Jodhpur, India, this past week and the photographer is now breaking his social media silence!
Jose, who captured the now-famous snap of the couple taking their first steps as man and wife, took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal that the couple’s wedding week was as dreamy as we all imagined.
“I lived through a dream this last week in Jodhpur, India, with the Jose Villa team. Such an honor to have photographed the stunning wedding of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, The most amazing and genuine couple. Thank you for trusting in me to capture you through my lens. Could have done it without my team,” Jose wrote on Instagram.
The photographer, who brought in a team of six people to cover the ceremonies, clearly had plenty to document. The happy couple began their wedding week in Mumbai at Priyanka’s mother’s house for a puja ceremony, then had a mehendi ceremony where they played cricket and partied with pals. The couple then hosted a sangeet — a music and dance night — which included a dance conception between their two families.

View GalleryAnd to top that off – they had three wedding ceremonies in Jodhpur, India! They had a Western wedding ceremony on Saturday where Priyanka dazzled in a custom, lace Ralph Lauren gown and a 75-foot long wedding train. Nick opted for a classic tuxedo. Then they also had a Hindu ceremony on Sunday, where Priyanka wowed in a red sari and Nick donned a traditional gold ensemble. To cap off the week, the couple then had a third ceremony in Delhi, India, where Priyanka wore a gold sari and Nick rocked a classic tuxedo.
We’d call that a stunning wedding to photograph!
