Laurence Dobiesz will play Alex Randall (Sony Pictures Television/Starz)
“Outlander” has cast another part for Season 2 — Jack Randall’s brother.
Laurence Dobiesz will play the younger Randall – Alex – Access Hollywood has confirmed.
Alex is nothing like his villainous older brother Black Jack.

Alex is a goodhearted young man. In the show, he works for the Duke of Sandringham.
Laurence has appeared in UK drama “The Bill,” as well as films “Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows,” and “Testament of Youth.”

Laurence joins newcomers to the show Andrew Gower, who is playing Bonnie Prince Charlie, Romann Berrux who is taking on Fergus/Claudel, Dominique Pinon as Master Raymond, Rosie Day, who is playing Mary, Robert Cavanah as Jamie Fraser’s uncle, Jared Fraser, and Stanley Weber, who is playing Comte St. Germain.
“Outlander” Season 2 is currently filming in Scotland.
