“The Flash”/”Arrow” crossover event was pretty spectacular, and it certainly had us wondering if CBS’ “Supergirl” world could ever see a visitor from The CW.
On the set of the Melissa Benoist-fronted show earlier this week, Access Hollywood put that very question to Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg as he spoke with reporters. In particular, Access asked if he could bring anyone from his CW shows – not the main characters, but perhaps smaller ones who have cropped up (we mentioned “The Flash’s” Earth 2, and quietly said [King] Shark).
But, it sounds like they haven’t looked into the legalities of importing men, women or metahumans from “The Flash’s” Central City, “Arrow’s” Star City, or even the various places and times of the upcoming “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” to the National City world of “Supergirl.”

“I mean, there’s always those late nights, delirious, you know semi-high on pizza [conversations] where you’re like, ‘You know what would be really cool if…?'” Andrew said with a laugh, imitating how those evening chats might sound.
“But right now, there’s no legitimate actual plan to like bring Cisco [Ramon] on to ‘Supergirl’ or bring Winn [Schott] onto ‘Legends,'” Andrew continued. “I mean, it’s just — first of all, we don’t even know if we could, like legally. … And quite frankly, just making ‘Legends,’ just making the Arrowverse, which is what we call ‘Legends’ ‘Flash’ and ‘Arrow,’ wor and then making ‘Supergirl’ work — it’s enough of a challenge without like having to add a fourth player.”
