Marvel’s “Daredevil” is getting a Season 2.
Marvel and Netflix announced the news on Tuesday afternoon.
Stephen DeKnight, the showrunner for the first season, will not be behind its second. Instead, Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez well step in to co-helm the role.

“While previous commitments unfortunately prevent me from continuing on with ‘Daredevil’ into its second season… I could not be happier that Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez are carrying the torch,” DeKnight said in a statement, per Marvel.”They were invaluable collaborators during our first season, and I for one can’t wait to see what they do with the show moving forward.”
“Daredevil” stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdox, a lawyer by day and crime fighter by night.
