Lauren Burnham Shows Off Her Christmas Baby Bump Weeks Before Marrying ‘Bachelor’ Arie Luyendyk Jr.

This Christmas was doubly special for Lauren Burnham!

While the former “Bachelor” contestant took part in yuletide celebrations with fiancé Arie Luyendyk Jr., she also commemorated her pregnancy’s 17-week mark.

“Merry Christmas from our little fam to yours,” she captioned a festive Instagram photo of her and Arie, in which the ABC star lovingly kneeled next to her budding bump.

The 27-year-old wore a scarlet-red dress that cascaded over her belly and beamed down at her husband-to-be.

In another holiday pic, which was posted to Baby Luyendyk’s Instagram page, Lauren and Arie gave fans an inside look at their 17th week as parents-to-be.

“Turnip it’s Christmas! My 17 week b-day falls on Christmas and I’ve been getting so many presents,” the couple wrote in the voice of their fetus. “So this week I’m the size of a turnip or a pomegranate! I like to think of myself as a turnip this week because I think of the leaves as hair and that makes me laugh.”

In the cute message, the couple revealed that their little one has become more lively during the holiday season. “Mom felt me kick for the first time, and I’m planning on doing that some more,” the post read. “Gotta stay active, ya know?”

Yesterday Mom’s friend had a baby and we went to see him, don’t know if I’m looking forward to the whole birth thing yet but I have time to warm up to it. So if you’re wondering what I’ve been up to I grew a lot this week and now my little skeleton is forming from cartilage into bone and getting harder. I’m moving around more and more. Mom felt me kick for the first time and I’m planning on doing that some more, gotta stay active ya know? Now that Arie and Lauren’s first Christmas together is in the books, they have another major milestone on the horizon. The pair is set to be wed on Jan. 12 on the island of Maui and are more than eager for the big day to arrive.

“A month from today we’ll get to live out the day I’ve been picturing in my head every day for the past year,” Lauren gushed on Instagram back on Dec. 12. “Can’t wait to call you my husband @ariejr xo.”
