Kelly Clarkson is going to rock the Hollywood & Highland complex during a free, public performance on September 14 in Los Angeles, Access Hollywood can break exclusively.
Clarkson will perform the final concert in this year’s Samsung AT&T Summer Krush concert tour. The Hollywood & Highland complex has room for 5,000 fans.
A similar concert last year featuring Mariah Carey had about that many fans in attendance. Portions of Clarkson’s free concert will be broadcast on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on September 15.
Previous participants in the Samsung AT&T Summer Krush tour have included Mariah Carey, Gavin Rossdale, Good Charlotte, LeAnn Rimes, Nelly, Smashing Pumpkins, Nas, Ludacris, Plain White T’s, The Bravery, Kinky, Big & Rich and The All-American Rejects.
Samsung AT&T Summer Krush kicked off on July 17 with chart-topping band Daughtry performing in Seattle for a special free concert at the Paramount Theatre which aired that night on Kimmel’s show. Portions of the performances by Maxwell and Darius Rucker also aired on Kimmel’s program.
