Jay Mohr is taking his wife’s name.
After two years of marriage to actress Nikki Cox (the couple wed on December 29, 2006), the “Gary Unmarried” comedian has filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court to add her surname to his, E! Online reported.
His new full name will be Jon (his birth name) Ferguson Cox Mohr.
It’s the second marriage for the actor, who’s currently starring as divorce-stricken title character Gary in the CBS show.
